What to do with your row
Most recommendedTop 3 on an engine
Open your full report, then take the “Top 3 in AI answers” badge. It names the engine, it links back here, and it is free. Then keep the spot: Findrix tracks all three engines for your company and tells you when a rival moves in.
MentionedNamed, not recommended
Findrix shows you, answer by answer, who took the recommendation instead of you and which sites got them there. Your site becomes a numbered list of edits, and the next scan confirms each one.
Not namedMissing from all 240 answers
Findrix runs your buyers’ questions for your company and shows what AI says instead of you, with every wrong fact and the correction written for you.
What “Top 3 in AI answers” means
A company gets the badge when it is in the top 3 on any single engine, by how many of that engine’s answers recommend it, not just name it. The badge names the engine, so a company can hold it on Gemini and not on ChatGPT. In Gold Coast that is Gold Coast Short Stays, AirBnb Management Gold Coast and Lane Property on ChatGPT. Coast Holiday Management, Elite Holiday Homes and GCRP on Gemini. Gold Coast Short Stays, Coast Holiday Management and Gold Coast Holiday Homes on Google AI Mode. 9 badges, 7 companies. A badge holder confirms its website inside the report and puts the badge on its site, and it links back to this page.
The 80 questions we asked
Every company was measured against the same 80 questions, asked the way a buyer types them, with no company name in the question. Grouped by how the question is asked: four kinds.
Use case (the job is named)
2 questions
- I live overseas and own an investment apartment at Surfers Paradise, which short-term rental managers are used to looking after places for absent owners?
- Which holiday home managers on the Gold Coast look after high-end villas with proper concierge service for the guests?
Alternatives (excluding the well-known)
the question asks for options outside the market leaders8 questions

- Any smaller independent holiday letting agents at Burleigh Heads who'd look after one beachside cottage with proper personal attention?
- Which boutique short-stay managers on the Gold Coast specialise in design-led houses with a personal touch?

Criterion (price, reviews, support, integration)
a plain category question with one qualifier4 questions

Other phrasing
66 questions
- We just bought a holiday house at Burleigh Heads and want to be completely hands off, which holiday rental managers run the whole show?
- I own three units in the one building at Coolangatta and want a single manager to look after all of them, which holiday letting agents are set up for that?
- My Surfers Paradise unit might go into the building's letting pool next year, so which holiday letting agents won't tie me into a fixed term?
+ 63 more questions in this group.
How we measure
Each of the 80 questions was asked once to ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Mode in October 2026: 240 answers. We read every answer and record which companies it names. A company’s share is the part of answers that name it. Different spellings of one company are merged into one row.
Left out: companies outside Gold Coast, and names that aren’t short-term rental and holiday home management companies. A name AI gave without a website we could find is listed without a profile.
One run per question means a single answer moves a company at the bottom of the table by a point. Treat differences of 1 to 2% as noise and the top 20 as stable.
One email when the next run moves this list: who entered, who left, where you stand. No newsletter.
Questions about this ranking
Why isn’t my company listed?
Either no engine named it in the 240 answers we read, or it was named and we could not match it to a website. Search the list above. If it was named, its full report is ready and you can add the website from there. If it was never named, Findrix shows what AI says when buyers ask about short-term rental and holiday home management companies, which rivals it names instead, and a ranked list of fixes: the page, the edit, and the next scan ticks it off. It starts with the 7-day trial.
What is in the full report?
Everything we collected about the company: its position on each of ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Mode, recommended or only mentioned, its average position in the answer and what AI says about it word for word. It opens after a quick login, free, for anyone. The “Top 3 in AI answers” badge goes on the company’s site when any engine puts it in its top 3.
Why would I subscribe if I am already listed?
This page is one snapshot. Findrix is where you control and grow your AI visibility over time: your own question set, 60 to 180 questions by plan, tracked for you and your rivals. On every answer you see recommended, only mentioned, or a rival, and which sites earned that rival the spot. Wrong facts come with the correction email written for you. Your site becomes a numbered plan: which page, what to change, confirmed by the next scan. A PDF report for you and your team. It starts with the 7-day trial.
Can I correct or remove my company’s listing?
Use Request a correction at the bottom of the page: we check the change against the answers and fix the listing. Sign in with an email on the company’s domain to open its full report. For anything else, write to us there too and we will look at it against your website.
