What's the difference between Lite and Growth?
Lite gives you analytics + a PDF fix-document. Growth ($99/mo) ships those fixes automatically to your WordPress or Shopify site and measures the lift. If you want Findrix to deploy code, Growth is the cheapest tier that does it.
Can I switch tiers mid-month?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and prorate. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle. No annual lock-in.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes — pay annually and get 2 months free (about 17% off). Available from Growth tier and up.
What happens if I run multiple sites?
For 1–10 sites: one Lite/Growth/Pro subscription per site, managed from a single account. For 10+ sites or consolidated billing: Enterprise.
Do you sign DPAs / BAAs?
DPA: yes, on Pro and Enterprise tiers. BAA: not yet. Available on Enterprise when needed.
